Cullman Regional Airport expansions helping bring new industry to area

In 2014 , the Cullman Regional Airport Board decided it was time for the airport to take flight . They developed a five-year plan for improvements , with new projects being added as each one was completed .
The creation of the rolling five-year plan marked a turn for the facility , making it more professional and a driver for economic development . The projects include clearing trees around the airport to provide for more accurate windspeed readings and mitigate the threat of wildlife , updating
