• The addition of 10 more physicians including : Vascular Surgeon , Minimally-Invasive Spinal Surgeon , Orthopedic Surgeon , Psychiatrist , General Surgeon , Internist , and Family Physicians — together , adding more than 37,000 new appointment opportunities for community members in need of care .
• The addition of Mobile Health Services — a mobile medical clinic that can provide on-site care for businesses and schools , including wellness care , vaccinations , and more .
• The addition of MAKO Orthopedic Robotic-Assisted Surgery for total knee and hip replacements , and the daVinici Surgical Robot – tools that allow community members access to the best technology , proven to provide better outcomes , less pain , and faster recovery .
• The creation of a consumer-focused health system — making healthcare easier to access with accessibility-friendly features like online check-in for urgent care , the adoption of a Virtual Care protocol in order to offer remote care to patients when appropriate , and online appointment scheduling for Cullman Regional Medical Group providers — all aimed at convenience for patients , as well as fewer face-toface meetings in the era of social distancing for public health .
