Welcome to season 2 of salming academy This time around acclaimed track and field running coach Peter Fröberg has joined forces with Head Coach Jonas Colting to provide advice and guidelines on important technical details for a good running form, focusing on what leads to a correct foot landing. Jonas Colting We are all UNIQUE We are all different, with different background and physical abilities, if we as a running brand would not take this into consideration, but rather try to find a one single fit-all protocol without flexibility, then we would not have understood what it is all about. Please practise refering to Salming Running Wheel and Salming Running Academy; Posture, Lean, Arm Swing and Cadence, then you have created the right foundation for a correct foot strike. Lower leg, foot strengthening and flexibility exercises will almost certainly shorten the transition period and help you create a strong foundation.
