Q4. Do you read your book reviews? How do you deal with bad or good ones?

I do. The good reviews feed my confidence and determination to keep writing. There are no bad reviews. If someone has not liked my work, then it’s something I try and learn from on how I can get better. As they say, feedback is a gift, and reviews are how readers give a writer feedback.

Q5. Which of your novels best describes you as a person?

My first novel, The Funda of Mix-ology, was perhaps the most personal one I wrote, about a young executive coming to terms with his dual life as an executive and an aspiring writer. Writing that novel was important for me, as it not only enabled me to tell a story I was passionate about, but also helped clarify

in my own mind how I could balance

the various sides of my life.
