Venezuela, the highest "Chairlifts" in the world has been
operated in Venezuela, of more than 15 thousand feet high,
namely over 4500 meter.
Moreover, the President Nicola Maduro hopes that such move
may attract more tourists to the country which suffering from
a critical energy crisis
