I devoted myself to this job, loved it and
dedicated my time and efforts for it
Chef Jumaa indicated that his first start in the cuisine field
was in Syria, where he dedicated himself to this career that
he loved and sincerely gave it all his time and effort. Thus
he has prepared the most delicious dining tables for kings,
princes and presidents. He also worked in many countries,
starting from Syria, Oman, Algeria, and Tunisia, in addition
to the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia. Lately he came from
France, where he received an intensive training course for
healthy diet cuisines.
Cuisine is an integral part of a country's history and culture
Chef: Jumma asserts the fact that today; Cuisine became an integral part of a country›s history and culture; a source of pride and
respect for the next generations. He believes that the establishment of these values, noble messages and relevant concepts were
a result of his work experience in Eastern, Western and Middle Eastern Cuisines. He also thanks Allah that because of his experience
through all these years, he became proficient in all kinds of food in these Cuisines.
In the future, he wishes to participate in the graduation of new generations of skilful chefs, chefs who could master the cooking art to all
international cuisine through a distinctive academic work. Furthermore, he aspires to establish a hospitality training Academy, an idea
he put forward to the Retaj Hotels management to become a reality. At the moment he is working on writing a book containing all the
distinctive recipes he prepared during his long journey in the culinary world.
I wish to provide my experience in the culinary world to those interested and in love with cooking
