Billions Dollars Investments across the world.. Since many people thought that Tourism concept means mixed beaches, binges of hotels and alcoholic drinks or perhaps to look for pleasure without any religious or ethical controls, the concept of "Halal Tourism" or "Islamic Tourism" came into existence. Islamic Tourism draws the attentions of the owners of the grand hotels and the international tourism agencies, and the demand on such type is extremely being increased, furthermore; that type of the international tourism corresponding to the Islam Tenets became a significant investment source on which States and private sectors depend. Recently, Such new wave of Tourism that is so-called "Halal Tourism" or "Islamic Tourism" has emerged in some Islamic and Arabian countries. We were so keen in Salam Tourism Magazine in Qatar State, since our first edition has been launched, to promote the term of "Halal Tourism" or "Islamic Tourism" that derives its value & principles from our noble, Arabian and Islamic heritage and that is concerned with twist the tourism services including hotels, restaurants, malls and entertaining places to be compatible with Islamic beliefs & principles, besides that such type of tourism is considered as a friend of family. We hereby, have allocated, in each edition, a tourism file expresses the tourism sector in one of the Islamic or Arabian States in which we shall highlight the Halal tourism facilities that takes into account the privacy of the Islamic & Arabian peoples. In my point of view , now a days, the concept of "Halal Tourism" became a steady concept growing faster and faster, and the Tourism that is compatible with the Islamic families provides travel services as per the Islamic teachings & practices, i.e. according to the requirements of conservative Muslims upon which the activities and accommodation are derived from Islamic Sharia, where there is no mixing between men & women in the several tourism places, and providing illicit food or beverage is forbidden , moreover; the tourism places is free from Disco and gambling halls. Furthermore, such tourism concerns with providing mosques and prayer places within the tourism facilities.
