Tom Ryan goes way back for me. You were my 6th grade teacher in 1974. So many memories that do not seem to fade: The Nerf ball Vocabulary Basketball: Define a word and you get to take a shot. The recognition that kids need encouragement too. In my case when you read from an index card an encouraging and thoughtful comment about each kid in your class. I speak of my particular memories but over 55 years there are thousands of memories from all your students. One heckofa teacher Tom Ryan. THANK YOU.
