Bob Renner ’ 58 is moving from his home of 50 years in Long Island , to a new home in Pennsylvania to be near his children .
Marco Bellin ’ 81 currently resides in Millbrook NY , with his wife and two daughters . He works in the field of Internet Privacy and runs a website for parents called privacyparent . com , and a kid-safe search engine called seekadoo . Marco also runs a privacy service called datacappy . He thanks Mr . Kilkeary for introducing him to coding in 1979 .
Charles Cordova ’ 81 celebrated his brother Andrew Cordova ’ s ( Class of 1985 ) 50th birthday at Big Cedar Lodge in the Ozarks , Missouri this past May , 2021 . Andrew is still the Director of Racquets at the Maryland Club and has started a new pickleball program in the wake of the pandemic . Charles continues to litigate civil trials in New York City .
David Turecamo ’ 62 recently retired after 45 years of working at CBS . He spent 20 of those years as “ Our Man in Paris ” for CBS Sunday Morning . He currently lives in New York and is proud of his daughter Keiko , 24 , who works at Netflix .
Robert Duncan ’ 66 had a successful career in both the rock music writing business and in marketing and communications ( Duncan / Channon in San Francisco ). He just published a novel called Loudmouth . For more information on the book , visit www . duncanwrites . com
Charles Flynn ’ 66 recently retired from riverfront redevelopment work , spending the last 20 years in Yuma , AZ with the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area ( yumaheritage . com ).
Michael Hankinson ’ 70 and his wife , Denise , celebrated the arrival of grand-twins , Paloma and Ulysses , compliments of their daughter and son-in-law , Tara Hankinson and Jason Mellone . Soon after delivering these grand-twins , Tara opened NYC ’ s first female-founded brewery , TALEA Brewery and Taproom in Williamsburg , Brooklyn . Mike and Denise can be found there often .
Doug Knepper ’ 79 resides in Port Washington NY , with his lovely wife of 24 years Laura . Their son is graduating in December from the University of Tampa with a degree in finance , while their daughter is in her sophomore year at the University of Indiana . Doug recently accepted a role as Head of Publishers Development and Partnerships at The Media Trust , an organization that ensures consumers ’ safety from malware attacks and fraud while browsing premium websites and eCommerce “ big box ” players . Over the last 12-15 years , he has been the lead growth and business development point for a multitude of Adtech SaaS start-ups , of which three have been acquired via M & A . He hopes that everyone from the Class of 1979 is well , and that hope is finally shining our way for a better 2021 .
