ALUMNI NOTES
Malcolm Dorson ’98 toured the campus and was blown
away by the recent expansion. “Amazing new facilities with
a clear commitment to original aesthetics and character,” he
commented. “12 East really looks great! Jeremy Lindblad ’98
and I also recently grabbed dinner and had a great trip down
memory road.”
Thomas Hirschy ’99 joined Halstead Manhattan, LLC, a
leading real estate brokerage. He specializes in the Manhattan
market and would be happy to assist Saint David’s community
members for their housing needs. In his down time, Thomas
has been editing his first novel. His brother, Philip ’97 and
wife Andrea just welcomed their third daughter this past year.
“They don’t get much sleep,” he added.
Alexander (Sandy) Bandhu ’99 is working in Washington
D.C. at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the Air Force.
Adam Copeland ’05 is currently the Director of Operations at
Rise Academy, a middle school in Springfield, MA. He is also
the head brewer at Holyoke Craft Beer, a small craft brewery
in Holyoke, MA.
Willie Platt ’09 is working at a start-up company in Encinitas
CA, developing a mobile app called Adventure IO that links
professional athletes with individuals and families seeking sports
adventures. He is five minutes from the ocean and surfing.
Luke Meehan ’10 started Colorado College this year after
working in Emergency Medical Services and political
consulting. He is happy to find a small Catholic community
at Colorado College that reminds him of his happy times at
Saint David’s.
Daniel Aguinaga ’00 lives in San Francisco, CA where he's
an advertising creative by day, and a semi-professional stand-
up comedian by night. He's performed at all the Bay Area's
premier comedy clubs, opening for well-known comics who
have been featured on James Corden and Conan O’Brien.
Conor Walsh ’03 was married in June and is currently the
Assistant Principal at Freeport Middle School in Freeport, ME.
Baxter DiFabrizio ’05 is studying at William & Mary,
undertaking a joint JD/MBA program. He is scheduled to
graduate in Spring 2020.
Saint David's is proud to have Tom Robertshaw ’10 featured
by the Theatre Department of Williams College. As shown

Christopher Russo ’11 spent this past summer working at
Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. He will
graduate from Princeton University in June 2020.
Christopher Wirth (’04) married Camila Soriano over a
beautiful weekend in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, France this past
September. In attendance was the groom’s brother, Nicholas
Wirth ’04, and his now brother in law, Ascanio Serena di
Lapigio ’01. Saint David’s Class of 2004 was well represented,
with John Amodeo, John Bloemsma, Russell Frelinghuysen,
Nicholas Williams, Lucas Jenkins, Amir Sharif-Emami,
Burke Wendt, Will Keesee, and Mark Eck in attendance.

Merritt Miller ’11 graduated from Bard College. He was a
member of the basketball team for all four years and received
his BA in economics in May. Over the summer, he moved to
Atlanta, GA where he is now working as an Analyst at Morgan
Stanley. “I miss my Saint David’s family dearly, and hope to
see everyone soon,” he shared.
Francis L’Esperance IV ’11 graduated from Duke University
last summer and now works at Goldman Sachs in consumer
retail investment banking.
Pierson L’Esperance ’13 is a junior at Brown University.
This past summer, he worked at Warner Music in business
development. Next summer, he will work at Rothschild
investment banking.
