ALUMNI NOTES Skakel J. McCooey ’13 is enjoying his classes at Yale University and has been writing for the Yale Daily News. He recently ran into fellow alums (not pictured) Daniel Dixon ’13 and Justin Chiang ’13 at the annual Yale-Harvard Football Game. Julian F. Thesseling ’13 chose his favorite tie to bring for freshman move-in day at Claremont McKenna College, writing that he will indeed take with him “all the teachings and memories of Saint David’s: ‘that they be good men’.” Philip Bliss ’13 visiting from Los Angeles, shared happy memories with his former teachers. He is currently attending the University of Southern California and majoring in Economics and Computer Science. Harvey ’13 writes, “I had a great first semester at Dartmouth and enjoyed playing soccer with some new friends pictured here.” Maxwell R. Lorca-Lloyd ’14 has been offered scholarships to play basketball at Penn State, Saint Peter’s, Seton Hall, Columbia, USF, BYU, VCU, St. Louis, Baylor, Cal Berkeley and URI. He has also received interest from a number of other colleges. Henr y R. Bolen ’15 is a junior at Middlesex and Thomas R. Bolen ’17 is a freshman. Both are working hard, playing lots of sports and enjoying school. Wills Dietrich ’16 is doing well as a Fourth Form student at The Kent School. He is enjoying fall, and rooming with friends in a triple room the size of Mr. Imbelli’s office, and getting ready for a busy hockey season. Ryan T.
