Teen Fitness Center Orientation
Instructor : Michael Hall Ages : 13-15
Schedule an appointment for teens to learn proper gym etiquette , techniques and fitness center basics . Teens ages 13-15 must have training with fitness center staff to be able to work out in the fitness center . Please contact abuckberg @ weinsteinjcc . org to schedule a time for your teen to become oriented to the fitness center .
A responsible adult must still be present for ages 13-15 working out in the Fitness Center .
