A famous quote says, “You get as much you give”. Being a student run society, SAE
NIT Kurukshetra believes that it is our duty to spread the knowledge that we have
earned through our achievements and mistakes. Who knows, when a small spark
would translate into a fire that would smelt out gold?
Working on the mission of repaying, The Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE)
NIT Kurukshetra Collegiate Club organizes many activities, workshops, Industrial
Visits and a lot more. The most admired and successful initiative is autokriti.
autokriti is an automotive overhauling workshop organized annually by club
members, in collaboration with Automotive brands. It imparts automobile
knowledge to the young blood, covering the whole North India.
The workshop consists of complete overhauling of an automobile . It goes on in
two phases.
Phase I: First day consists of an Expert Lecture by Professionals and experts from
the automotive industry
Phase II: With established concepts & sound theoretical knowledge, the focus in
second phase shifts to practical understanding.
