New Staff
Partners’ organizational growth continues, and we’re pleased to
welcome three new staff members!
Danielle Fredane
Office Manager, Pennsylvania Office
Danielle began her nonprofit career as a
Development and Communications Intern at
the Jewish Family and Children’s Services of
Greater Philadelphia. She then worked as the
Office Manager at Schultz & Williams, a nonprofit
consulting firm located in Old City, Philadelphia,
and was subsequently promoted to a Development
Assistant. Danielle holds a B.A. in Speech Communications, Rhetoric,
and Performance Studies from Hofstra University.
Molly Lester
Program Director, Strategic Investment in
Sacred Places
Molly has over seven years of experience in
the nonprofit and for-profit sectors of the
preservation field, including two years as Partners’
Grants and Program Director for the Philadelphia
Regional Fund (2008-2010). Since leaving
Partners in 2010, she earned an M.S. in Historic
Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania; she also holds a
Bachelor of Architectural History from the University of Virginia.
Molly worked for two years for Heritage Consulting Group, a national
firm that specializes in historic tax credit rehabilitation consulting.
She also worked with the National Park Service and the University of
Pennsylvania, overseeing cultural landscape inventories of two Civil
War fort sites in Washington, DC, and with the Philadelphia Historical
Commission and the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia to
establish the first comprehensive database of Philadelphia’s historic
religious properties.
Laura Schuetz
Consulting Services Associate
Laura brings her experience in historic
preservation and nonprofit-program coordination
to her role as Consulting Services Associate.
After receiving a B.A. in Journalism and History
from American University, Laura managed and
monitored outcomes for educational services
geared toward at-risk youth at a community-based nonprofit in
Washington, DC. While working toward a Master’s degree in Historic
Preservation at the University of Georgia, she collaborated on
preservation projects with a variety of stakeholders, including local
