field of restoration and care of historic religious

Partners’ Arts in Sacred Places program is off to a running
start, having secured its first alliance this past October
between Philadelphia’s First Baptist Church and Azuka
Theatre (part of the Off-Broad Street consortium). These
photos show the transformation of a seldom-used prayer
room into a theatre that Azuka and its partners will use all
year long.
