place in the fourth season of the popular Nisboere ”Niche
Farming” contest, winning the esteemed accolade and the
prize of a well-deserved cruise to Pomene, Mozambique next
year aboard the SeilSafari.

room agri-entrepreneurs Craig and Nikki Fourie,
based in the Strand, Western Cape, are, indeed,
passionate and knowledgeable about the entire
field of mushrooms. Their website and company
is the go-to place for mushroom knowledge
in South Africa.
