I have been in the industry since 2007 and with Francis Property Management since September 2012 . I was Leasing Manager and got promoted to Assistant Manager 3 years ago . A few weeks ago , my former Manager had to pursue a great opportunity that came her way and after all these years in the multifamily industry and with my Management company , I knew I was ready to take on this new challenge . I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to manage Palomino , the biggest asset in our portfolio and couldn ’ t be more excited to lead my team and work hard to give the best service to our residents .
