The San Antonio Apartment Association Political Action Committee or “PAC” fuels our association’s government
relations and grassroots efforts.
Legislation can begin at every level of government and have a significant impact on the bottom line of your businesses
and on your daily work environment. Our PAC strives to develop and maintain productive relationships with key public
officials at the local, state, and national levels.
A misconception exists that legislation exclusively impacts property and management company owners. The reality is
that it has a global and direct impact on each of us in the industry. When a company’s bottom line is impacted, it
affects employee benefits and financial decisions related to a property’s expenses and the community.
Your personal and professional well-being can be impacted directly by productive legislation as well as “bad” legislation.
