Legislation can begin at every level of government and have a significant impact on the bottom line of your businesses and on your daily work environment . Our PAC strives to develop and maintain productive relationships with key public officials at the local , state , and national levels .
A misconception exists that legislation exclusively impacts property and management company owners . The reality is that it has a global and direct impact on each of us in the industry . When a company ’ s bottom line is impacted , it affects employee benefits and financial decisions related to a property ’ s expenses and the community .
