The application will be available on Friday – May 1, 2020 beginning at 10:00
a.m. In order to qualify, your household income must be at or below 100% of
the Area Median Income AND you must live in unincorporated Bexar County or
one of its 26 suburban cities AND provide proof of unemployment or a reduc-
