By signing above , I am authorized by my company to invoke this contract by charging the above credit card for the full amount of ad contract , or allowing SAAA to invoice my company for the full amount of the ad contract . I agree to the following terms :
• Copy / Materials : Ads must be supplied in a PDF or JPEG format . Ads must meet size requirements and be supplied at 300 dpi with fonts embedded . Ads must be designed in CMYK color mode . If the advertiser is supplying the artwork , it must be submitted by the appropriate production deadline .
• Advertiser Cancellation : Cancellations will not be accepted after September 1 , 2018 .
• Publisher Cancellation : SAAA reserves the right to cancel at any time if the advertiser is no longer a member of SAAA , or if the advertiser is more than 90 days delinquent in other SAAA payments .
• Terms of Payment : Advertiser agrees to pay for advertising within 30 days of invoice date and no later than October 31 , 2018 . Any delinquent payment shall bear interest at one and one-half percent ( 1.5 %) per month from due date .
• Collections : The advertiser hereby agrees to indemnify SAAA for all expenses incurred to enforce the collection of any amount due under this contract . The advertiser also agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and court costs incurred in such collections .
