By signing above, I am authorized by my company to invoke this contract by charging the above credit card for the full amount of ad contract, or allowing SAAA to invoice my company for the full amount of the ad contract. I agree to the following terms:
• Copy / Materials: Ads must be supplied in a PDF or JPEG format. Ads must meet size requirements and be supplied at 300 dpi with fonts embedded. Ads must be designed in CMYK color mode. If the advertiser is supplying the artwork, it must be submitted by the appropriate production deadline.
• Advertiser Cancellation: Cancellations will not be accepted after September 1, 2018.
• Publisher Cancellation: SAAA reserves the right to cancel at any time if the advertiser is no longer a member of SAAA, or if the advertiser is more than 90 days delinquent in other SAAA payments.
• Terms of Payment: Advertiser agrees to pay for advertising within 30 days of invoice date and no later than October 31, 2018. Any delinquent payment shall bear interest at one and one-half percent( 1.5 %) per month from due date.
• Collections: The advertiser hereby agrees to indemnify SAAA for all expenses incurred to enforce the collection of any amount due under this contract. The advertiser also agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and court costs incurred in such collections.
