We have good news and bad news to share with you today, we will start with the bad to get it over with!
The SAAA Annual Tradeshow/Annual Meeting of Members & Election of Officers that was scheduled for September
10th has been canceled. We were looking forward to seeing our SAAA members and know how important this event
is to us all, but due to the continued uncertainty about the availability of our venue for our scheduled date and the
ban on events with more than 10 people in Bexar County, it has become clear that now is not the time for this event. If
your company purchased a booth, please email Sandra Merlo for details on your options for 2021.

SAAA’s Marketing Showcase...A Virtual Event!
While we may not be able to get together in person right now, we’re planning still going to have an amazing event
where Supplier Partners attendees can visit create virtual showrooms in a large marketplace to showcase their products
and services, network with attendees and provide opportunities enter for them to win prizes., play games and see
all the amazing products and services our supplier partners have to offer! We know you Your clients/customers are
