EVENTS UPDATE
Dear SAAA members,
As you know, in light of the national health concerns related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), many high
profile events have been cancelled or postponed. The Leadership and Executive Committee of the
San Antonio Apartment Association felt it necessary to evaluate our upcoming events and classes as
well. Because we are local, we are fortunate to have the ability to adapt our plans quickly when
extreme circumstances require it. We want to provide you with a brief update and sense of what
decisions have been made thus far.
Events through the end of August 2020:
• Maintenance Mania – Cancelled
• Cook Off – Cancelled
• Redbook Seminar – Moved to September 25th - Virtual
• Live2Lease – Cancelled
• PAC Business Exchange I – Virtual - SOLD OUT!
• Casino Night – Cancelled
• All Education Classes (with some exceptions, i.e. EMT in August) have been converted to Virtual Classes
All unpaid invoices for cancelled events will be deleted. All paid invoices will be credited to your account to be used
for future invoices. If you wish to receive a refund, please email Raven at [email protected] to submit
your request.
Events through the end of 2020:
• Tradeshow - September 10 – Cancelled - New Virtual Event Coming!
• PAC Business Exchange II – October 8 - No change at this time
• PAC Clay Shoot - December 4 – No change at this time
Please note that these events are subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated as quickly as possible. In
addition, because the events are postponed rather than cancelled, all prepaid registration fees and sponsorships will
be held and applied to the events when they are rescheduled.
We take the health of our members very seriously and are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely.
We encourage everyone to follow the protocols and guidelines put forth by public officials. Should circumstances
