After years of running the business on a “ see a need , fill a need ” ideology , in 2016 LSR adopted a new operating system to improve their organizational structure and deliver better services to their customers . This system has allowed LSR to grow while continuing to treat each customer as individuals .
When 2020 caused the world to stand still , LSR was able to become a leader in the multifamily industry by developing processes to keep customers and employees safe . These processes allowed LSR to service the needs of their customers and residents without interruption . The following year in 2021 , Texas suffered the largest catastrophe ever witnessed with Winter Storm Uri . LSR again had the privilege to work with some new and long-term multifamily customers and their insurance adjusters to restore and improve their assets .
