The City of San Antonio’s Neighborhood and Housing Services Dept. is now accepting
emergency rental, mortgage, and utility assistance referrals for individuals or families
that require financial assistance during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Families can apply for rental, mortgage, and utility assistance online.
The Fair Housing phone line, [phone], is open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
1st and easiest way to apply:

then click the “Request Assistance” button on that page.
