A
nquet Construction has project managed
some high-profile infrastructure projects,
particularly in water infrastructure. While
traditional definitions of infrastructure often
leave out housing, the two are undeniably
connected. The existing supply and utility of affordable
housing is directly dependent on the condition of other
infrastructure assets.
Access to high-speed broadband, safe and affordable
water supply, uninterrupted power supply and
transportation options are all vital to the liveability of

the South African Forum of Civil Engineering
Contractors (SAFCEC).
Some of the projects that Refiloe has participated in
prior to Anquet include: the prestigious Leopard Creek
Golf Course in Malelane; Carnival City in Brakpan;
Clearwater Mall in Roodepoort; Skorpion Zinc Mine in
Namibia; and Grandwest Casino in Cape Town.
Katleho remembers, “When I went up on behalf of
the Anquet team to receive the SAFCEC 2018
Presidential Award for Most Valued Participation &

one of the main highlights of my career. Not only do I
