ENERGY EFFICIENCY LEGISLATION FOR NEW BUILDINGS (NBR-XA)
The National Building Regulation (NBR) was updated in November 2011 to include Part X, which addresses environmental sustainability
and Part XA which establishes requirements for energy efficiency in new buildings and renovations (which require plans). The
application of this new legislation is good news for the environment and will help you save electricity.
