destroy. Naruto had been the only one from his for- mer teammates who had presented before Sasuke with no intention of killing him du- ring the reunion of Team 7. That was the way Sasuke reacted in his moments of weak- ness and to Naruto's words of ‘because you are my friend!’. Sasuke hated himself for feeling things that he believed had closed out from his heart years ago. He got stronger in order to eliminate that weakness he called Naruto, a weakness that remained even now. Of course, Sasuke was yet to realize how much he needed Naruto, but that fact is pretty much obvious in the manga. Naruto is the one who have always fanned his fire with wind, the on- ly one who can strengthen it and preventing it from dying. And when they work together, they give the best of themselves, as they have always done, motivating each other to move forward. By fighting side-by-side, they are able to smile together. Naruto and Sasuke have found on each other a person who represents all the things we have been talking about. They can understand each other perfectly and also know how to bring happiness to the other. They complement each other as no one else can do. If you can have that kind of person and get to have them fore- ver with you, then you are the luckiest person in the world. They are soulmates. Naruto is the wind that keeps Sasuke’s fire alive. And even Sasuke himself mentioned how grateful he is for it. They are light and darkness, yin and yang, sun and moon. The latter can be taken from what has been said by Shukaku’s Jinchūriki, Bun- puku, who had in his palms, the kanji for "accept" (受, ukeru) and "heart" (心, kokoro) and by joining them he assured that the un- derstanding was reached. The location of these kanjis coincide with the sun and moon marks Naruto and Sasuke have. When the Moon receives the light and love of the Sun, this one will be able to shine, finally escaping from the circle of hatred where she is trapped. Just like Naruto did to Sasuke. By facing Pain, Naruto understood that it was love what would save Sasuke. If he would have taken the easy way by killing Sasuke then he would have repeated the same mista- ke Hashirama made when he used hatred in order to kill Madara to save Konoha Because of all the things we have mentioned in this article, we believe they are the proof of the most unconditional and pure love. Their love can not be minimize it by using words such as “yaoi” to describe them because on every opportunity they've had, they had shown us that they are more than a mere ‘yaoi’ and that they will give everything for each other. They sacrificed things for each other and said things to each other that they never said to any other character. Their bond is so deep and beautiful that it can't be put into words, let alone to be able to describe it on its fullness. 19
