A Small Opera House in the Hamptons
East Hampton, NY / 2004
Mr. Sheffer, a music conductor and composer came to us for a help in
restoring a 150-year-old carriage house and to turn it into a music studio on
his 15 acre summer retreat in the Hamptons.
One provision: The studio has to house, every summer, one operetta for 50
guests.
