Richardson & Wrench Lindfield
Getting to know...
Real estate has come a
long way in the world of
marketing.
I’ve been working at
Richardson & Wrench
Lindfield for 7 and a half
years now, and haven’t
looked back!
I originally joined the
team as a receptionist,
and back then, there was
a predominant portion of
print advertising, whereas
there’s been a large shift
towards online marketing
and social media.

We’re booking a lot
less ads in newspapers
and allocating vendors
marketing funds to
e-marketing channels such
as Facebook campaigns to
target current buyers
who are searching for
properties.
Q. What does your day look
like? big part of role which I
really enjoy.
There are surprisingly a
lot of processes that go
on behind the scenes to
listing a property for
sale, which is what I
love as I’m very process
oriented (maybe a bit too
much). There are occassions
where I need to adapt to a
sudden change in a campaign
if the preparation of a
home takes a bit longer
than planned, but it keeps
me on my toes! As I originally started as
receptionist it gave me
a lot of exposure to all
aspects of the business,
which allows me to jump in
and assist where needed.
Q: What do you love about
your job?
No two days are the same.
My job has a lot of
deadlines, which means day-
to-day organisation is a
32nd Edition
Above all though, the best
part of coming to work each
day is the people I work
with and the supportive
team culture.
I’m incredibly lucky
to have formed great
friendships with my
colleagues and even
past colleagues, and if
anything, it drives me to
work harder to help my
colleagues out and create a
seamless process for all.
