Dessert has been finished, the plates have been cleared, the check has been dropped and our target is wrapping up their fine dining experience. As our target walks out the door, they normally turn to whoever they are dining with to talk about the meal they just shared. Was the service attentive? Was the food delicious and hot? Did the ambiance add to their experience? They may talk about recommending the restaurant to a friend, and may take to their social media channels to share their dining experience with friends and family. Our target experiences a moment of truth: Did the experience live up to or exceed expectations, or was it a let down? Depending on the answer, the consumer could be feeling accomplished, disappointed or fullfiled.
