It’ s finally here! Our target walks into a fine dining restaurant, is greeted by the host or hostess and led to a table to begin their fine dining experience. At this stage, they feel excited or nervous, depending on the occasion. They feel satisfied that the planning paid off and that they are finally sitting around the table with coworkers, family or friends. During this stage, they are in need of attentive service, quality food and appealing ambience, as these are all key components they use to evaluate their experience. Our target may feel important or special at this stage. Fine dining may allow them to escape to a world away from the everyday.
