Our target has scoured Trip Advisor and Yelp, compared menu items and maybe texted one or two of their friends to get an opinion on possible fine dining options. Depending on the occasion, they may have polled other people in their dining group to make sure everyone will be satisfied by the chosen location. It’ s decision time, and our target may feel a little pressure in making a decision. Before finally deciding on a restaurant, they weigh app reviews, menus from restaurant websites, word of mouth recommendations, location and party size. All of the information they uncovered during their search comes into play, but it is important to note that price is not a factor in their decision.
They have already committed to fine dining and have enough disposable income that price doesn’ t make a difference to them. After our target makes their decision, they may feel relieved and are looking forward to the dining experience. Depending upon occasion, party size and time constraints, our target may make a reservation. Their goal is to find a restaurant that fits the occasion and meets the needs of all diners in the party
The evaluation is usually a solo decision, but their spouse or significant other’ s preference is important and highly considered.
