Three distinct moments typically arise in our target’ s life that warrant a trip to a fine dining restaurant:
Keeping the Client Happy
Given our target’ s status as established business professionals,“ wining and dining” clients is part of their job description. Our target dines out with clients for both lunch and dinner on a regular basis, both in their home city and while on business trips. Our target prefers to take clients to tried and true fine dining establishments to avoid any surprises and make a good impression.
Popping the Champagne
Although our target leads busy lives, they still make time to celebrate special occasions with family and friends. Occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, graduations and job promotions are all reasons for our target to celebrate at a fine dining restaurant. Planning for these occasions normally occurs anywhere from a week to two days in advance.
For the Sizzle
Our target is adventurous and likes living in or near a large city due to the abundance and variety of restaurants. They enjoy trying new restaurants, and may spontaneously go to a fine dining restaurant for the experience and ambience to treat themselves. These trips are normally for“ the thrill of it” and are not planned very far in advance, if at all.
