Honoring the Men!!!

Beloved,

This issue is a long awaited and something I have desired to do, since the inception of this publication. A chance to honor the men, when so often they have been under looked because they are expected to be men.

To be men that assume the position of leadership. To be men, that are the heads of their households. To be men, that bring home the bacon. To be men, that look after their children. To be men, that lead the flock, week after week after week. To be men, that hold their heads up, when everything is crumbling all around them. To be men, when trying to make a way out of no way. To be men…

Those three words carry a lot of connotation and weight. To have to appear to have it all together when you have no clue as what to do next. To look to the Lord for direction when everyone is expecting them to fail. To want to not go on, when there are those who look to you for guidance.

This issue is not only to honor men, but to applaud, give encouragement and just to let them know, we do appreciate you, in all that you do.

There are those out there who will knock a man down every chance they get. Those that will demean. Those that will scream from the roof top every mistake they make. They will speak upon every short coming they believe that man has. They will do everything in their power to look upon men in a very negative light. To those I say, shame, shame, shame on you!!! I say, why don’t you speak life into that man, instead of death and destruction??? I say why don’t you hug and love on him, to give him the strength to go on??? I say, dust his knees off when he gets knocked down and help him back up.

There is so much I desire to say to the men, but there isn’t enough time, nor room to pen it all. I will say, I honor, respect and adore each of you, for all that you have done, are doing and will be doing. I say, everything will be alright. I wipe every tear from your eyes. I give each of you a hug, words of encouragement and want you to know, you can do it. I say, never give up on your dreams.

Finally, I say I love each of you with the love of the Lord and encourage you to run on and see all God has in store for you!!!

I pray each one of you be blessed by the words, inspired by the Holy Spirit, in this publication.

I pray this publication blesses each of you the way it has blessed me!!!

Simply Blessed,

Hazel
