STRAVA
Pre Race Day
Participants wishing to use to use STRAVA on Race Day must please follow the following Step by Step Process:
Click on your profile image on
the top righthand corner of your
screen.
Click on the STRAVA icon.
Sign Up to STRAVA or Log In to
your existing STRAVA account.
Remember to click the “Remember
me” tick box.
Give the Run Your City Series
App authorisation to access your
STRAVA account.
RACE DAY
1. You will need to run with
your GPS Watch/Fitness
Tracker
2. After completing your
chosen race route, you
will then upload your
STRAVA activity to the
RYCS App
Select the activity to upload and
click OK.
