The last night in Hawaii, we decided to tread along the white sand beach. Across the street there were many elevated and modern shopping malls, but the beach side created whole different scenery. By contrast to noisy and splendid white marble-clad buildings, that was totally a jet-black night. With poured stars and roar of waves, we were despondent about our last moment in Hawaii. A local bartender tried to make us jolly and said “These are soul of Hawaii” then passed 2 glasses. Mine was Blue Hawaii which looks exactly a sapphire blue colored sea. Also the sweet taste reminded us our mellow moments in Waikiki. My friend got a Sea breeze which describes vividly a sea breeze in the coast. We asked the ingredients and the bartender said there are Vodka, juice of cranberry and grapefruit. A refreshing tangy flavor cooled off the heat from ardor of Hawaii.
