Foreword Though we’d like to believe our thoughts and words are never lost, we simply cannot keep them all in that state of conception or web of successions. There’s nothing like a fresh idea, a spec of fleeting stardust in the cosmos of our minds. I scarcely know what to call the space and time we’ve spent gathering and molding ideas. We document, discuss and build. We stretch and dig. We grapple and propel to heightened depths of our understanding.
