Concurso ganador de viviendas de protección oficial en suelo promovido por la sociedad pública ARPEGIO.
El proyecto se ordena mediante tres bloques alineados con la avenida principal, con viviendas de tres y cuatro
dormitorios, donde prima la sostenibilidad del mismo y tiene como premisa inicial la ventilación cruzada en
viviendas y la captación de luz mediante el uso de parasoles que regulan el control lumínico.
Se ha perseguido una imagen vanguardista, siendo el color parte fundamental del edificio, tanto en el ladrillo
como en los paneles de aluminio y las celosías, donde se utilizan diferentes tonalidades que dan dinamismo
al conjunto.
Las estancias de día de las viviendas, tienen como orientación más común el sur y el sureste, captando así
el máximo de luz posible, con el propósito de crear viviendas autosostenibles, donde las instalaciones del
conjunto aprovechan las energías renovables, recurriendo a sistemas y materiales sencillos.
Por otro lado, los jardines interiores también participan del carácter sostenible mediante el uso de diferentes
especies y portes, persiguiendo la autosostenibilidad del conjunto, mediante principios básicos de xerojardinería.

Winning entry for subsidized housing on a site promoted by public company ARPEGIO.
The project is organized by means of three blocks aligned with the main avenue, with three and four bedroom
dwellings, where sustainability is key and the initial premise was to provide cross ventilation in the homes and
to capture natural light while using sunshades to regulate the flow of light.
We have tried to achieve a cutting-edge image, with color being a fundamental part of the building, both in
the bricks as well as in the aluminum panels and louvers, where different shades have been used to attain a
dynamic whole.
Most day rooms in the dwellings face south or southeast, thus capturing as much light as possible in order to
create self-sustaining homes where common facilities make good use of renewable energy by means of simple
systems and materials.
On the other hand, the interior gardens also share this sustainable nature through the use of different species
and sizes, while trying to ensure the whole is self-sustainable by applying basic principles of xeriscaping.
