Sinclair are involved with the Rugby Club as players and
one of his apprentices David Cameron is also a club player.
He told us, “I like to support local sport, sponsoring the
Shinty and Football as well as the rugby. I am fully aware of
the great community work the club carry out and feel they
offer young people some great attributes to prepare them
for working life.
I have experienced first-hand apprentices as young as 15
or 16 who have been brought up through sports clubs
and have demonstrated respect for their employers in
the workplace, delivering the right level of commitment,
reliability and hard work required to become a valuable
employee.
I understand that the older club members are apt to
encourage young players who are working in their careers
as they enter their working life and all in all the skills learnt
through sport are transferable to work. Best wishes to
