This has helped attract a totally different member base and has been one of the great successes of the 2018/19 season so far and has boosted all aspects of the club, from increasing bar takings to swelling support at our Friday, Saturday and Sunday match days. By day, I am a teacher so working with and developing young people is at the centre of my moral purpose and seeing players come through the system is tremendously rewarding.
