Members get the benefits and services they want With our fully integrated Electronic Point of Sale system (EPoS), you can then create new ways of rewarding your members for their loyalty and support wherever and whenever you want, because our EPoS system works using loyalty cards and accounts those members can use at the club. Your members put money on their cards i.e. on their club accounts which generates the club a positive cash flow. In turn you can reward them with a level of discount agreed by the club – often around 10% discount - each time they use their cards to purchase drinks. This helps drive their card using habit, as does another massive benefit, topping up their cards online via your website. This feature reduces the need to top up while they’re at the bar, and also enables them to buy tickets etc. to social events in advance. It also means you can reset the RRP of the drinks’ prices so that you’re able to charge visitors, and more relevantly, those who hire the club’s facilities for outside functions etc., the going rate for drinks.
