“I used to play for the club
as a winger in the 1990s up
until 2008. I stopped playing
as, after buying my business
in 2007 I couldn’t afford to
be injured but some of my
employees still play for the
club. We sponsor the 1st
team shirt this season and
they are performing well; they
just need to push on in the
second half of the season.
The club has great spirit and I
wish them the best of luck for
the future.”

“I’ve been involved with the club
since the age of fourteen and was
captain of the first team for a couple
of years, finishing when I was 37 as
I was getting old and it was taking a
long time for my body to recover. I
started as a prop but played mostly
as a 7/8. I also coached the minis
when my son played at the club.
I’ve also sponsored the club for
four and a half years and they are
performing really well at the moment.
I really enjoy going along to the club
to see my old friends. I sponsor
some events now and see a great
future ahead for he club. Good luck
