By installing the Clubminder Membership & EPOS System: We introduced an incentive programme; this significantly improved our membership income and cash flow. Our cash control and reconciliation is now much improved. It is now so much easier to communicate with all our members on a regular basis. It has increased membership numbers significantly.” Peter Sloman Treasurer Weston-super-Mare Rugby Club Editor’s Welcome Clubminder have been involved in the Club Industry for over 20 years and our experience has shown that Clubs can reduce costs, improve cash-flow and increase turnover, by engaging with us, listening to some or all of our suggestions and implementing them. 0800 567 0 567 [email protected] The Six Nations is underway and few people would have predicted the results in the first two rounds of matches. There’s an added interest to this year’s tournament with the World Cup just around the corner with the teams looking to lay down a marker. It has been a terrific start for England with two wins out of two and Ireland bounced back well from defeat with a win in Scotland. Wales are also unbeaten and continue to be hugely successful whilst not drawing too much attention. There is plenty to play for in 2019 and we visit club’s from all over the Home Nations in this issue with Greenock Wanderers, Glynneath, Bruff and Okehampton among those to feature. It promises to be a fantastic year for rugby! We are always keen to hear from anyone with a story to tell so whether you wish to promote a business, a club, individuals, initiatives or products please do not hesitate to contact our editorial team at [email protected] or call me directly on 0191 447 8383.
