Editor ’ s Welcome

With the new season drawing closer clubs are now finishing off their pre-season work as they prepare for the new campaign . Issue 80 of Rugby Club Magazine visits a number of sides that were successful last time around to see how they are getting along .
Among these we have Cowbridge who are our Welsh Team of the Season 2017-18 and Thanet Wanderers who will be in a new league this season as well as Drybroke and Pembroke .
We also visit Kings Cross Steelers , the first gay men ’ s club who enjoyed an unbeaten season and Chippenham who have built a reputation for playing fast , attacking rugby .
Also in this issue we feature a number of clubs playing an important role in their local community including Wellington , Bradford on Avon and Strathendrick .
We are always keen to hear from anyone with a story to tell so whether you wish to promote a business , a club , individuals , initiatives or products please do not hesitate to contact our editorial team at editorial @ sportip . biz or call me directly on 0191 447 8383 .
