Better Information, Better Control, Better Service
In line with previous years, the Rugby Expo 2018 conference
programme will switch its attention from the pro game to the
grassroots game for the second half of the event, addressing
topical issues affecting community rugby. New for 2018, Rugby
Expo will also deliver interactive coaching content and practical
demonstrations from experts and star names in a new 102m²
interactive zone.
Commenting on today’s announcement, Ian Isham, Wasps
Community Manager, said: “We recognise the huge importance of
our role in supporting our local clubs and the new partnership with
Rugby Expo is a fantastic opportunity for us to extend this even
further.
“Our annual conference is always a great chance for our rugby
community to get together and combining the 2018 event with Rugby
Expo will provide an excellent platform for learning, engagement and
networking.”
Jonathan Wilson, event director, said: “We are delighted to
extend our partnership with Wasps to bring their annual Community
Conference to Rugby Expo. We have made a number of changes to
this year’s event to support attendance from the grassroots game
and this new partnership will provide local clubs with the chance to
engage with top coaches, leading suppliers and our wider community
rugby audience.”

“We wanted to get better control over cash
transactions, run our membership through the
system, and provide an incentive to be a member of
the Club. By installing the Clubminder Membership &
EPOS System:
We introduced an incentive programme; this
significantly improved our membership income and
cash flow.
Our cash control and reconciliation is now
much improved.
It is now so much easier to communicate with all our
members on a regular basis. It has increased
membership numbers significantly.”
