Integration “I believe we are a community club;
we work with local schools and some
within the surrounding towns and
villages. We have good connections with
local councils and have visits from their
mayor’s. We have five mini age groups,
two midi, three youth, two colts, three
girls age groups, three senior sides and
a vets side. So as a club we can cater for
any age.”

Challenges/Ambitions
“I think some of the challenges will
be maintaining numbers and even more
growth in some areas. Funding, out
growing our club-house and recruiting
more very valuable volunteers across the
club are also areas to look at.
Our ambitions are to gain funding
for major projects; maintenance shed/
storage, upgrade car parking, new
club-house, to grow the number of girls
within all age groups U13, U15 and U18,
then also to have a higher % of players
coming through the youth/colt set up
into the senior sides so as to enable us
to compete at the highest level possible.”
