Anthony Molloy of AJM Engineering recently took the
time to tell Rugby Club Magazine more about his positive
association with the club, saying, “I started playing for the
club at U16 level before moving on to U18 and then first
team level as a full-back. Unfortunately, I suffered an injury
around four years ago but still get along to see them play
whenever I can and it is great to see them playing so well.
“As a company we’ve sponsored them for four years and
are always keen to support the local community. They are a
well-run club with a great committee that attract big crowds
to their games and the ladies at the club do a great job as
well. I wish them the very best of luck for the future.”

“We are targeting promotion this season accompanied by success off the
pitch too as we have redecorated our clubhouse, gutted and refitted our
ladies toilets and we are drawing up plans for an extensive extension.
“Youth rugby is very important to us; it’s the life and soul of our
club. We filter them in once they hit 18 at a level where they are most
comfortable and able and eventually see their abilities allow them to
play. Coaches at all levels and selectors make sure that no player is
