Treorchy
Since we opened our agency on 1st May
2015 we have grown from 1 member of
staff to 6, and have built up to 120 managed
rental properties. We started selling 6 months
ago and this is now a thriving aspect of our
business.
We have a sister company, Camelot Court
Developments, which deals specifically with
damp problems and we are about to open a
new business in Treorchy, “RCT Construction
and Maintenance” which will look after all
property maintenance issues, refurbishment
works and new builds.
Our experienced, professional and friendly
staff, combined with extensive local We have a team of fully qualified tradesmen
knowledge, ensure that we provide a service who will attend to the smallest of jobs to
complete new builds.
which is second to none.
As a forward looking business based on
traditional values, we invest much time and
effort in ensuring that we are fully up to date
with market prices, and ever changing tenancy
law and government legislation. We always
put our customers first and are very proud to
serve the local community.
Working with Rent Smart Wales, our vision
for the future is for our landlords to provide
damp free, well ventilated homes and for our
tenants to be diligent about paying their rent
and looking after their properties.
Rosemary Morgan of South Wales Property Investors
and Lettings recently told Rugby Club Magazine, “We
are a sales and Lettings company based in Treorchy.
Since opening in May 2015 we now manage 120
properties and more are added each month.”
“We began house sales five months ago and to date
we have sold 14 properties. We work with our partner
companies RCT Construction and Maintenance and
Camelot Court Developments and through these
we offer complete house renovations, all aspects of
maintenance and also new builds.
“I think the key to our success has been hard work and
listening to our clients. We find out exactly what they
are looking for and make them our priority - they are
number one.
“This will be our second year in supporting the local
teams as well as the educational group “World of
Words”. Treorchy and the surrounding towns are
traditional Welsh towns and have a great sense of
solidarity. They are special in that the people here help
one another and have a wonderful family togetherness.
“Supporting local teams helps the children learn
respect through their sports and encourage their
chances of maybe playing for one of the Welsh football
or rugby teams. We would like to become a major
associate of Treorchy RFC and continue to support
the local teams and their families in their enjoyment of
sport in the coming years.”
